    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Realty Pro CRM platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

    These Terms apply to all registered users of the Service, including agencies, agents, and any authorized representatives.

    2. Eligibility

    You must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

    • Have the authority to bind your agency or organization if registering on its behalf.

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

    • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Use of the Service

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;

    • Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights;

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data;

    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

    We provide the Service "as is" and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

    5. Data Ownership and Processing

    • Agencies and agents remain the Data Controllers of their clients’ personal data.

    • Nuvosense LLC acts as a Data Processor, providing technical infrastructure.

    • Users are responsible for ensuring that data they enter into the Service is lawfully collected and processed.

    Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

    6. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

    • Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees.

    • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment details.

    • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

    7. Intellectual Property

    • The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is the property of Nuvosense LLC.

    • Users retain ownership of the data they upload but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data for the purposes of operating the Service.

    • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service without our prior written consent.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

    • You breach these Terms;

    • Required by law;

    • For security reasons or protection of the Service.

    Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion requests may be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Nuvosense LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

    • Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

    11. Compliance and Data Protection

    • We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable U.S. laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

    • Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with data protection laws applicable to their business.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that State, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
