    • Registered users (real estate agencies and agents) who create accounts and use the Service;

    • Clients of agencies (such as property buyers and sellers) whose personal data may be entered into the Service by registered users.

    By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

    2. Data We Collect

    From Registered Users

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Company/agency name

    From Clients of Agencies

    • Personal data entered into the system by registered users (such as names, contact details, property information, and deal details). Agencies are responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of collecting and entering such data.

    Payment Data

    We do not store payment details. All transactions are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

    Cookies

    We use strictly necessary cookies only, for:

    • Session management

    • Authentication

    • Language preferences

    We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

    3. How We Use Personal Data

    We use collected data solely to:

    • Provide and operate the Service;

    • Enable communication and notifications between users and their clients;

    • Facilitate integrations with external services (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram, Nylas, SendGrid, Stripe);

    • Send service-related communications and, where consent is obtained, marketing emails.

    We do not sell personal data.

    4. Data Sharing and Transfers

    We only share personal data with:

    • Integration partners: Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, Nylas, SendGrid, Stripe;

    • Hosting provider: Microsoft Azure (data centers located in the EU).

    Where transfers occur outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

    We never sell personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

    5. Data Retention

    • Personal data is retained as long as the account is active.

    • Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

    • In the absence of such a request, data may be retained for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance.

    6. Security

    We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

    • Hosting in secure Microsoft Azure EU data centers;

    • Encrypted storage of sensitive data (such as user passwords);

    • Regular backups via Azure infrastructure;

    • Restricted access to personal data based on business need.

    7. Role of Agencies and Agents

    • Agencies act as Data Controllers for the personal data of their clients.

    • Nuvosense acts as a Data Processor, providing technical infrastructure for agencies.

    • Agencies are responsible for ensuring that any data they input is collected and processed lawfully.

    8. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

    We process personal data under the following legal bases:

    • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide and operate the Service;

    • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Service;

    • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for optional communications such as marketing emails.

    9. Your Rights

    If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR:

    • Access to your personal data;

    • Rectification of inaccurate data;

    • Erasure ("right to be forgotten");

    • Restriction of processing;

    • Data portability;

    • Objection to processing.
